Who We Are
At Organized Mindz, we believe that an organized mind is the foundation of an organized life. We are dedicated to helping students and young adults develop the skills they need to navigate learning, responsibilities, and everyday life with greater confidence, clarity, and independence.
We recognize that every student is unique, and that meaningful change happens when support is personal, practical, and compassionate.
Our Philosophy
We embrace the diversity of how students think, learn, and grow. No two journeys are the same, which is why our coaching is highly personalized and tailored to each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals.
Our approach is built on meeting students where they are, understanding what truly supports them, and helping them build systems, habits, and skills that allow them to unlock their potential and move forward with confidence.
Meet Stacey
My name is Stacey Reingold, and I’m so glad you’re here.
My career in education began nearly two decades ago as a preschool teacher. Over time, what started as a profession became a personal mission, fueled by my own family’s experience and a deep commitment to supporting students who struggle with organization, executive functioning, attention, and follow-through.
After witnessing my son’s challenges with organization and executive functioning firsthand, I set out to better understand how to support him — and others like him — in meaningful and empowering ways.
That journey led me to become a parent advocate, working alongside families and school communities to help parents articulate their children’s needs in positive and productive ways, and to ensure students felt supported rather than misunderstood.
In addition to working with students who face executive functioning challenges, I also support high school students, college students, and young adults who simply want guidance in organizing their lives, managing responsibilities, and feeling more capable and in control.
I look forward to working with you and being part of your journey.
